Worldwide PM listings rose 2.3% in August to 25,905 — a second straight monthly gain and the highest level since March 2026. Against August 2025 the market is up 19%.
Growth came from the edges of the ladder: Product Leader roles jumped 15% and Associate/Jr PM roles 20% month over month, while Senior PM slipped -3.1%. Year over year every level is up, led by Senior PM at +25%.
On-site (+4.6%) and hybrid (+3.5%) drove the month while remote fell -3.4%. Over the full year hybrid (+36%) and remote (+32%) are still growing far faster than on-site (+14%).
