Worldwide PM listings rose 1.3% in September to 26,243 — a third straight monthly gain and the highest level since March 2026. Against September 2025 the market is up 17%.
The gains concentrated at the top of the ladder: Product Leader roles rose 9.4% and Senior PM 4.2% month over month, while Product Manager was broadly flat at +0.6% and Associate/Jr PM fell −2.5%. Year over year every level is up, led by Product Leader at +28%.
Flexible work drove the month: remote rose 12% and hybrid 9.2% while on-site slipped −1.1%. Over the full year hybrid (+46%) and remote (+30%) are still growing far faster than on-site (+9%).
